Llega la nueva Evoque y esta vez con muchas novedades.
Después de el notable éxito de la Range Rover Evoque en su primera generación lanzada en el 2010 la marca británica decidió renovar y presentar su segunda generación en el 2018, y debido a ese cambio de generación la misma tuvo varios cambios e innovaciones importantes.
Para empezar la Evoque recibe varias ediciones especiales, entre ellas recibe el apellido Autobiography, el que le dará la posibilidad de tener un diseño único, en el cual destacan ciertos acabados color bronce y unas entradas de aire a los costados, todo esto para celebrar los 50 años de la llegada de Range Rover.
Esta llevará varias opciones de motor, en las que estará la opcional de un híbrido enchufable, un plug in hybrid, un motor a gasolina convencional o hasta un motor a diésel. En el lado del motor a gasolina está llevará un motor de 3 cilindros en línea de 1.5 litros, que junto a una caja automática de 8 cambios éste brinda una potencia de hasta 160 caballos de fuerza y 191 lb-pie, lo que le permite llegar a una velocidad de 0 a 100 km/h en 10.3 segundos. Por otro lado se espera que la versión Mild-hybrid lleve una batería de 48V, para así generar entre 165 y 200 caballos de fuerza.
Además de estos cambios la firma británica actualizó el sistema de infoentretenimiento, en la que su principal diferencia es el uso sencillo de el y que el mismo puede aprender según propias rutinas.
Por último la marca abrió la posibilidad de controlar tu propio vehículo desde tu smart watch o reloj inteligente, esto significa que el mismo reloj podrá servirte como llave e incluso brinda la posibilidad de agregar tu calendario al mismo vehículo para que puedas manejar tiempos y te recuerde tus eventos en el mismo vehículo.
