Éste año ha estado lleno de sorpresas y cada día nos sorprende aún más y hoy no es de menos, la marca japonesa Toyota anunció la nueva generación de su vehículo estrella, el Corolla y una edición especial del mismo.
La nueva generación del model estrella de Toyota ya estará disponible esta semana en territorio mexicano y llega con pequeños cambios respecto a su generación pasada que a decir verdad le dan un carácter mucho más elegante.
Entre las novedades de esta nueva generación podemos ver la llegada de un nuevo modelo, éste sería el Corolla SE Bitono, el cuál estará disponible en rojo con plata y llegarán un total de 300 únicas unidades para el mes de Octubre.
En novedades en equipamiento tenemos únicamente la conectividad por Apple Car Play, Android Auto y Bluetooth para todas sus versiones, por otro lado mantendrá su actual sistema de sonido de seis bocinas, cámara de reversa, una pantalla de 7”, controles al volante y unas luces ambientales LED.
Debajo del capote podremos encontrar el mismo motor tanto en modelo a gasolina e híbrido. Por lo cuál la edición bitono llevará el conocido motor de 2.0 litros que generará hasta 169 caballos de fuerza y 148 lb-pie, apoyado por una transmisión CVT.
En seguridad éste está muy bien equipado con su sistema Hill Assist Control, sistema VSC mejorado, control electrónico de estabilidad, sistema ABS, control TRAC para control la tracción de las ruedas, frenado de emergencia y 8 bolsas de aire.
Por último éste tendrá un precio que irá de los 341,300 pesos a mexicanos hasta los 440,600 pesos mexicanos a excepción de la versión bitono que se anunciará el precio a la hora de su salida.

Slight changes but different appearance.
This year has been full of surprises and every day it surprises us even more and today it is no less, the Japanese brand Toyota announced the new generation of its star vehicle, the Corolla and a special edition of it.
The new generation of Toyota’s star model will already be available this week in Mexican territory and comes with small changes compared to its previous generation that in fact give it a much more elegant character.
Among the novelties of this new generation we can see the arrival of a new model, this would be the Corolla SE Bitone, which will be available in red with silver and a total of 300 unique units will arrive for the month of October.
In new equipment we have only connectivity through Apple Car Play, Android Auto and Bluetooth for all versions, on the other hand it will maintain its current six-speaker sound system, reverse camera, a 7 ”screen, steering wheel controls and some LED ambient lights.
Under the hood we can find the same engine in both gasoline and hybrid models. So the two-tone edition will carry the well-known 2.0-liter engine that will generate up to 169 horsepower and 148 lb-ft, supported by a CVT transmission.
In terms of safety, it is very well equipped with its Hill Assist Control system, improved VSC system, electronic stability control, ABS system, TRAC control to control wheel traction, emergency braking and 8 airbags.
Finally, it will have a price that will range from 341,300 Mexican pesos to 440,600 Mexican pesos except for the two-tone version that will be announced at the time of departure.
