En las últimas horas el grupo Daimler AG, dueño de la marca alemana Mercedes concluyó su junta de accionistas anual, en la que el CEO de la misma confirmó la llegada del nuevo Mercedes EQS. Este llegará para competir contra el Tesla model S, este tendrá una autonomía mayor que el Tesla ya mencionado, hasta 700 km por carga, además este se armará desde cero y no se tomará como referencia de ningún modelo ya hecho. Este se espera que esté en los más arriba de la marca, estando en la misma liga de lujo y confort que él clase S, convirtiéndolo en el modelo estrella de la marca.
